一句話：本擴充功能不收集、不儲存、不傳輸您的任何資料到我們的伺服器——因為我們沒有伺服器。
資料如何被處理
- 信件內容（收件人、主旨、內文、附件）：僅在您按下寄送時，於您的瀏覽器內組成郵件，直接傳送至 Microsoft Graph API。內容不經過任何第三方伺服器，我們也無法讀取。
- 登入憑證：透過 Microsoft 官方 OAuth 2.0（Authorization Code + PKCE）取得。存取權杖存於瀏覽器工作階段記憶體、更新權杖存於擴充功能的本機儲存空間，兩者皆不離開您的裝置。我們從不接觸您的密碼。
- 不做的事：不讀取您的信箱、不蒐集通訊錄、不追蹤使用行為、不使用分析工具、不投放廣告、不販售資料。
權限用途
mail.google.com：在 Gmail 撰寫視窗加入寄送按鈕，並讀取您正在撰寫的內容以便寄出。graph.microsoft.com：呼叫 Microsoft Graph 寄送郵件。login.microsoftonline.com：Microsoft 官方登入與權杖更新。identity：開啟 Microsoft 官方登入視窗。storage：保存登入狀態，讓您不必每次重新登入。
向 Microsoft 申請的權限僅有 Mail.Send（代您寄信）與 User.Read（顯示登入的帳號名稱）。不包含任何讀取信件的權限。
資料刪除
我們未儲存任何資料，因此沒有可刪除的內容。移除擴充功能即清除本機登入狀態；您也可以隨時到 Microsoft 帳戶設定撤銷授權。

In one sentence: this extension does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data to us — we operate no server.
- Email content (recipients, subject, body, attachments) is assembled in your browser only when you click send, and delivered directly to the Microsoft Graph API. It never passes through any third-party server and we cannot read it.
- Credentials are obtained through Microsoft's official OAuth 2.0 flow (Authorization Code + PKCE). The access token lives in session memory and the refresh token in the extension's local storage — both stay on your device. We never handle your password.
- We do not read your mailbox, collect contacts, track usage, run analytics, serve ads, or sell data.
- Microsoft scopes requested:
Mail.Send (send on your behalf) and User.Read (display the signed-in account name). No mailbox read access is requested.
- Deletion: nothing is stored on our side. Removing the extension clears local sign-in state; you may revoke access anytime in your Microsoft account settings.
